Homemaking
I've been having a lot of fun this weekend helping with things around the house. We made cookies from a cook book grandma mcdonald gave Mommy Laura a while back. They were really good. I also really enjoy 'cleaning' everything I can with my vinegar bottle. I took out every pot and pan and sprayed them off. Daddy Pat is away for a few days, so hopefully all the cookies will be gone before he gets back! (just kidding, we saved you a few)

Blueberry Pizza
On the way home from work/daycare today:
Mama: We should make some cookies this weekend. What kind of cookies would you like to make?
Anya: Blueberry Pizza Cookies

This might be partially inspired by one of my books "Blueberry Jam" The author is the mother of one of mommy laura's former co-workers.
Aunt Tah Tah found a (what seems to be very very sweet recipe) for such a thing. Who'd a thunk it?

Creative Weekend
Inspired by one of Mommy Laura's favorite parenting books and blogs, she made me a new hat this weekend and we have a new hideout behind the couch. For those of you who have visited our cave, this is a "cave within a cave" and is a great place to sing "Bears are Sleeping" and to eat pizza. One doesn't need a lot of space to have fun:

Puddle Jumping
The camera is full so I we haven't been able to take any pictures of my recent adventures of jumping in the puddles. My favorite are the ones that are about the size of Lake Ontario. Mommy Laura is on the look out for some good waterproof boots (that aren't too girly/juvenile like) so if you have any recommendations, please let her know. Here I am playing with my Choo-Choo Train. I love trains.
