Trip to Ano Nuevo State Reserve

We stayed at Pigeon Point Hostel (with a hot tub!) this past weekend.  Saw a lot of elephant seals, toured the tide pools, played Monopoly, and hiked around.

I celebrated my birthday this year at Lawrence Hall of Science with some of my friends.  It was a great day.

Immigration Project

We learned all about immigration in school.  This included learning about heirlooms and protecting them on our voyage to America.  Aunt Sylvia gave me a family heirloom- this candy dish from my great, great grandma Hollenbeck.
