Visit from Emily

Emily (mommy Laura's roommate from Emory) came to visit this weekend and to babysit me since Daddy Pat is away again. She just got back from collecting mosquito data in West Africa! Maybe someday she will take me on a trip. Emily took a lot of pictures of me too. Next time I see her will probably be at her wedding. We spent the night at the Westin because of Mommy's talk at a conference so I slept in my 'heavenly bed'

Missing Daddy Pat

Today and tomorrow Daddy Pat is out of town :(

But the good news is, I went to the midwife today and I weigh:
9 lbs 4 ounces. She likes my red hair too.
Tomorrow I will be 4 weeks old!

I got 2 cards in the mail today from my grandparents. It took me so long to figure out what they said that I started to yawn. I wonder if Daddy Pat will get me something. ummmmm. (probably he doesn't even know what today is).....

Visit from the McDonalds!

On Sunday (and Monday morning), Grandpa and Grandma McDonald and Aunt Tessa came to visit me. They had a lot of fun watching me cry and sleep. We even went out in the chilly weather to eat Indian Food (and yummy breakfast food, too).

My first road trip!

On Thursday, Mommy Laura, Daddy Pat, and I drove down to Fort Erie and met Sonja, Morgan, and John as they were driving on their way to Ohio. John and Morgan were acting really silly the whole time!
