Backyard Gardening...

We've been having the most splendid time gardening (well, mostly the watering part) in the backyard. This picture is me watering a "rainbow" of flowers (well, rocks also need water too if you couldn't figure that out).

We've also planted a pot in memory of Grandma Hollenbeck full of daisys and cosmos. At the garden center yesterday I saw Daisys and said "Grandma Hollenbeck". These were her favorite flowers.

And we have some basil, parsley, cilantro, zucchini, tomatoes, green peppers, "spicy" peppers, peas, carrots, green beans, and corn.

And, in case you are wondering where the bottom half of my attire is, it really was there when we started out.

Going to the Zoo, Zoo. Zoo....How about you?

Daddy's takin us to the zoo tomorrow,
Zoo tomorrow, zoo tomorrow
Daddy's takin us to the zoo tomorrow
And we can stay all day!
(well, technically only until 1pm)

I went to the zoo this past Saturday with Daddy Pat. I enjoyed the giraffes and tigers the most. We got a pass so there will be more trips to come!

Clickety-Clack

This weekend Mommy Laura and I traveled to Michigan for Uncle Pete and Aunt Lisa's wedding shower. We took the train to make it more exciting for me (and less stressful for Mommy Laura). We stayed overnight in a hotel, which was a lot of fun too.
